About Pi The Drag Performer
Pi is "Philly's Little Slice of Silly" and a drag HELLucination. Pi is a costume designer, makeup artist, event producer, and full-time idiot. Pi has been doing drag since 2016 and is inspired by inner-child whimsy, haunted houses, and raves. She began turning looks just for the hell of it, and eventually leaned into her theater interest to begin performing at bars and clubs. She now produces shows, parties, and a competition series within Philadelphia called Snatcherella 3000, with a passion for inspiring new artists around her.
Pi has always loved all things cute, cuddly, and weird. She began making over-the-top headpieces stuffed with polyfil, which in short made her a walking stuffed animal. Being a self-taught designer, seamstress, and pattern-maker, she was able to push her skills with every fantastical piece she made
As Pi evolved as a character, it became clear that she existed in her own world. Her own planet, if you will. A big, cuddly, whacky, and absurd planet of all things Pi. She took this new-found realization and decided that this planet shouldn't just exist in the club - It should exist in your home! She began creating whimsical stuffed pieces that now inhabit this site, ready to be rocketshipped from her planet to your home. Welcome to Planet Pi!
